Additionally, wearing compression pants and long sleeved shirts will help significantly... Especially, if you sweat a lot. Nothing worst than peeling out of moist leathers.

There's something worse...putting BACK ON moist leathers (like after peeling yourself out of the jacket half for a break, then needing to try getting back into the thing).
