Max Wrist vs DevilRider1k...
This is a spicy subject! Grudge match between Wristy and DevilRider1k. Lots of talk and Devil dumps it before the race even started.
What's your thoughts if the race actually happened? Both have VERY different disciplines of street racing... Wristy absolutely slays the canyons and Devil rides the highways like us Texans do in Mexico. IMO, Wristy would've slayed and I think Devil would've still put it into the railing. Curves are WAY different than threading a needle on a wide highway. Here's some vids of both guys in action... Max Wrist: DevilRider1k: |

Do y'all think traffic was a factor in his wreck, or do y'all think it was his over-confidence of his knowledge of the road...
A lot can change in 10 years. Maybe he should of just rode the route at normal speed first? |

It was a single vehicle wreck and a bystander said he went into the turn fast and went straight into the barrier then ricocheted off it. Definitely should’ve familiarized himself with the road times before if it’d been a while and not wait until the gas station meet to warm up his tires. Probably shouldn’t have talked in the first place and avoided “racing” all together. Everyone should haha |

Street racing is a hard thing to avoid. I use to race anything I could in all my vehicles and I still attend meets where racing takes place. I haven't had the urge to race in a long time, but I won't say I'll never do it again... I think timing is a big factor. Learning traffic patterns of certain areas can highly benefit stuff like this. |

![]() What I personally don't get is the crowd of hanger-ons that people like him gather. Sorry Keith, but as awesome as you are for (not) leading groups almost every weekend down amazing routes, I wouldn't go sticking stickers with your name/brand on my bike. ![]() |

There are a lot of people who possess amazing skills. Not all of them get the spotlight, or even gain recognition for their capabilities. I think it's pretty cool they are able to create a fan base without having to be a professional anything. Regardless, motorcycles are recreational vehicles. People need to stop treating them like a serious form of transportation and ease up. The most important thing is to learn how to ride within your skill level and then keep on improving. Non-motorcyclist will never understand why a person would jump on a machine that doesn't have a cage, body restraints, or A/C... They don't understand fear and how to overcome it to do amazing things. BTW, I am watching DDF because I am training my wife how to ride. |

Watch the one where he chases down three modern ‘supercars’ on a mountain road, beating all three of them with a 1986 600cc supersport. It almost makes me regret my decision to keep my engine small.

That’s actually Maxy on an old R6... While Wristy was in prison for a couple years, Maxy had big boots to fill to keep the content coming and building the channel. |
