Midweek, Midday Postseason games

Who in the world thinks these schedules up in the MLB office? Don't they know working folks want to watch the postseason games too? Every principal in my office is going to sit on row 4....pretty sure the entire production squad is gonna find a front row bar stool seat to catch the game this afternoon. Think management will acknowledge my expense report for midweek midday bar receipt with no clients in attendance? Tough life us working folks live.

It's hard to get on the interwebs when you are at the game.

All about TV contracts and money. Hate it. The thing I hate more is how long they take to just announce game times. Makes it hard to commit.

Was there yesterday!

sweet seeing the stands packed. Watching that 8th inning in person had to suck and a shame Correa's accomplishments will be overshadowed by a terrible loss. Hope they can pull off another in KC!

The people that actually stuck with them all year are the people that should get first dibs on seats. Fair weather fans got the stadium full now!

We are season ticket holders and you don't even what to know the bs package deal they were trying to sell us before it was even known if we were going to make the playoffs or not. After that didn't work for them, they offered another package that we didn't take them up on because it was still shady and now we have to buy tickets like everyone else and sit with the common folks. I want my seat back. That's "my spot"

To note; it's also funny the things the fans get shafted out of in the playoffs. The Astros struck out 10 or more yesterday, which means everyone in the stadium should have got a coupon for $3 off Nolan Ryan beef. That didn't happen. PLUS the Chick-fil-a pole was hit so it should have been a free cfa chicken sandwich today........nope. No guess the trivia question for Academy gift card, no section gets free stuff today, no Goya stuff......... it's just take the money and run.

2016 will be my first year as season ticket holder. I got mine early enough that I was able to secure my same seats for 2015 playoffs.

The whole pay for all up front, receive credit for games that don't happen was kinda weird...but it worked out either way.

it was worth a try!!!!

I've been to about 6 games this season, some at home, some away. Even went to the cross town series at Wrigley back in July to watch the reigning WORLD CHAMPS. I'm tapped out on over priced parking, tickets and beer. Not to mention Solracer recently led me into a 30+ mph speeding ticket which is taking a toll on my "hobby activities".

We have had season tickets for the last 3 years now and all that stuff gets expensive quick.

MLB is me off. Both of these games were day games, now it looks like (if it's needed) game 4 on Monday will be a day game AND game 5 here wed will be another day game. WTF???? I guess the precious Yankees get to have the nice evening games.
