I used to have a tire changer, but took too much room and I really didn't get that much use out of it (I ride less now).

So Cycle Gear is $25 per tire? For me they or Wild West are the most convenient locations.

It's only $25/tire if you buy the tire through them, otherwise it is $50/tire.
