"Drejka has remained largely a mystery to the public in the weeks since the shooting. The Tampa Bay Times reported last week that he has been the accused aggressor in four incidents since 2012, including two in which he was reported to have shown a gun. He was not arrested in any of the cases and does not have a criminal history in Florida."

Sounds like he developed a sense of entitlement after being allowed to carry a concealed handgun. I guess these previous incidents never escalated to a point that would make him reconsider playing mall cop.

I hope he is convicted. Both parties were wrong but the shooter more so. No one appointed him handicap parking matron, if he felt that strongly about it he should have taken a picture and called the police. He is obviously mentally unstable.
