Any r3 guru's???

I have a 15 with 4700 miles.
It was laid down by original owner sold, some time later(it sat), the the guy I bought it from couldn't get it running.
I fixed it(FPR). But it smokes after about 5 min.
There is oil residue on the muffler tip. It is coming through the exhaust. It is not a water leak

I read an article about the 15 r1s having an issue with the oil return pipe o-ring leaking and that causes oil to get in the exhaust pipe.

Has anyone heard of this on an r 3???
Or have suggestions of what else to try.
Bike runs perfect. Doesn't miss a beat.
Compression test was 160 in both cylinders.
Again. Oil is perfectly golden.

I have fixed the issue... I sold it!!! this part is true...

the other part is the kid that bought it drove it all the way back to Trinity(in the scattered showers) and when he got home it didn't smoke any more.
I just the little time i was driving it wasn't enough to blowout / burn off what ever was in there.

It could have been oil residue in the cylinder head areas. If that bike sat on its side for a while, the oil probably made it's way into areas where it normally doesn't return as easily to the oil pan. A good few run cycles probably helped thin out the oil enough to return.

A lot of silly things happen when bikes are laid down on their sides.
