BMW Rear brake stuck

So i had this problem a year ago. The dealer ended up having to replace the master cylinder or something. Well a year later my rear brake started getting stuck again. Anyone have this issue?

I have heard of abs issues causing no brakes but this is weird. Possibly need to rebuild the caliper?

What caused the original issue?

Is it moisture getting in the system and causing corrosion?

My r1100rt is known for issues with the square rubber caliper piston seal getting dirt under it and casing sticking issues even though the piston is coated. When i rebuild mine I added a little silicon dielectric grease to lube square section oring. Have not had chance to test it out.
