How are you guys enjoying the Honda SP and SP2? Any issues? Are you satisfied with the power delivery and handling?

Freaking love my S1. That up and down quickshifter is and butter. That electronic ÷hlins is pretty sweet.

There was a recall on the gas cap, so now I have three identical keys.

Installed Racing Radiator Guard and disconnected the exhaust flapper. Sounds pretty rude at idle now.

Pretty sure Stubbs Cycles has a new 2017 S1 on the floor.

I even got the proper operating manual along with the secret sauce ECU

Now to complete the bike and try it out a few times.

Notice how Power Strategy 9, essentially rain mode is still 80% power - will be close to 370lbs and 185rwhp. 80% of 185 is 150..

Not that it matters much now, but here is an update of SP2 Track Bike v1.0 from this last weekend.

I was not sure about the build so I am tearing it all apart to upgrade everything again LOL.

Well I sold my custom 1 off adjustable Foresaken Motorspsorts triple clamps - so I needed to replace them and figured since the Electronic Ohlins forks can't work with the HRC ECU I should go a different direction with the forks and one thing led to another and I ended up with K-Tech DDS Pro Forks off a 2016 British Superbike.

The problem is that those forks needed the larger 52mm/57mm HRC triples which need different layout wheels and brakes which led to a cascading sequence of events.

The moral of the story... do not change anything - doing so can lead to trouble LOL.
