I do agree with you that aftermarket LED 99% of the time is inferior to the incandescent OEM bulbs in term of brightness and visibility. And yes, those of you guys who installed aftermarket LED turn signals might as well uninstall them because no one can see them in day light. Luckily, for those of us who don't like the "trailer hitch" look, there are fender eliminators that utilized stock OEM turn signals. Best of both world imo

I rode behind bevo for awhile on Saturday... his indicators are bright, and I never once thought the rear fender detracted from the bike..actually, I hardly noticed it. If it was my bike I would probably change it eventually just because, but it wouldnt be high on my list.

I did, however, notice how easily I could see his indicators.

And don't lose that can. The sound was intoxicating and in person it's actually unobtrusive, imo. Simply put, the bike looked and sounded amazing.

Thank you so much. To be honest...I got lucky. I'm fortunate enough to have rubbed elbows with a few good people. And those good people were considerate enough to think of me at just the right time. Man upstairs I guess.

Sweet indeed thank you. Hitch will be going, but I'm not sold on ditching the can yet.

Here's a shorty for the 2017, but it requires a tune

Not one person that has seen the bike in person has said anything about the muffler. Too many women are hung up on looks

Meh.....I guess to each their own. Of course I've seen the bike (Bevo's) in person...that really set the tone for me (no pun intended). The look is good, but the sound is great with the flapper mod.

OEM LED VS aftermarket LED are two very different animals I was saying there are certain fender eliminators that can incorporate the pretty OEM LEDS so you have the best of both world, retaining OEM functionality and getting rid of the "trailer hitch", if you so inclined.

It looks ok. But if I'm doing something that abbreviated, I'd rather go all the way with a flare-cut like a Toce or something...

Waiting to see how the aftermarket responds to this bike.

I agree with what you said about the OEM LEDS...they are pretty. I do custom fabrication...and I'm already tooling ideas on how to mod an elimination to incorporate the OEM tails.

Nope, I can't see what's under the tail when I'm in the saddle so no given
