Is there any interest in a track bike?

Good morning Riders of Houston,
I have an 01' Yamaha R6 TRACK Bike, not street legal. I'm looking to sell it but before I post it I wanted to get others opinions on the interest of track bikes in Houston.
Why I'm looking to sell it, I have a 79' KZ1000 that I've been in the process of rebuilding for a few years and I'm ready to get that project done. The R6 is in the way and I don't have time to take it to a track and Ride it and it does need some work right now, but that might change before I post it up.

Let me know what ya'll think, is it worth selling a track bike in the Houston area or should I just hold on to it?

Thanks,
Chiefa

Track bikes sell on this site and craigslist. The lack of street legality will hit the price but you could still get a good sale from here

Maybe track bike isn't the right term then, I suppose race bike would be more appropriate?

I would refer to it as a track bike, or dedicated track bike.

I wouldn’t call it a race bike unless it is equipped with the supporting mods (suspension, etc.) for race duty.

Thank you both. Dedicated track bike describes it better. It has an Ohlins rear shock and has race jets installed in the carbs, not sure what else has been done to it. This is just what I know from the guy I bought it from.
