Bill, all the test on the planet won't overcome a bad diet. Learn to count your macros bro.

Just 2....a really BIG 2.

In all seriousness, the lypo is some serious pain. She wouldn't have done lypo alone, but no matter the time spent in a gym she wasn't gonna get results she wanted in regards to her stomach. I saw enough fat people pics that I refuse to get that big and let me skin stretch out. Ain'tgonnahappen. She said tummy tuck was worse than the c section.

This.

Honestly, for what you're probably spending on test, hire a coach who trains competitors and get him (or her!) to lay out a meal plan for you, and a workout that has the appropriate ratio of weights to (some) cardio. In order for you to cut 10-20# of fat, you'll have to run a caloric deficit for some period. Sucks, but once you cut that bodyfat you can go back to a more balanced input/output.

Hang some pictures of hot babes in front of the treadmill or whatever it takes to motivate you

I decided not to do it. While I would love the fast results, I would rather spend the money on toys or vacations.

I am watching my diet pretty good. I just really hate cardio. So I am resting less between sets to get some in. Oh I would never cut the test it works awesome.

Cut out those carbs bill. I lost about 40 pounds so far. My biggest vice was soda. It was easier to quit drinking alcohol than soda.

Substituting water for just about any other beverage not only doesn't cost you anything, it saves you more money for those toys & vacations.

I do. I don't even drink tea anymore. But I do kill about gallon of 5 calorie cranberry juice a week. And haven't had another kidney stone.
