- Purchased in Aug 2007 from a co-worker. The co-worker informed me that the bike had been stolen from his garage but was in excellent shape.
- Since then I had modified and upgraded this machine about to its limits. I began a long and extensive project of upgrading the 2001 motorcycle with 03/04 & 05/06 ZX-636 parts. This has been done before and is talked about on Kawiforums.com.
- The spare 01 Rear Rim I had PowderCoated Brembo Gold. The guy I had remove the bearings for me lost them in his garage somewhere but he still can't find them.
- After installing the Exhaust and Ignition Advance the bike could probably use a tune but I did notice an increase in low-end power.

So it was stolen and recovered? Who stole it? how did it get back into his co-workers posession?

It says he has a title "in hand" but does he have a clear title or a salvage title "in hand"?
