Really? for a bike? It has to hold some value to be honest.

So you might come to find it needs alot of work but its a good project bike to learn with. Plus aint no one else gonna see one on the road.

back to the original topic, for being a honda, if it's actually running, i'd probably give the guy at least $800 for it, but then again, i don't want it for a sport bike, i'd want it as a base for building a chopper...

If it's not even running, I'd offer 400 and go from there.

Walk away if he tries to get your over 5.

Not too sure though, those can make some decent looking street fighters if done up right.
