THROTTLE

I recently did a carb job and I am now having the biggest headache trying to get this throttle to cooperate....... 2- 4 hours of just trying to adjust it perfectly and the heat does not help me any!!!!!!

are you measuring for sync or using a float tube for vacuum/idle?

I am having trouble with the cables..... its not returning (throttle is not closing when I release it) causing constant gas flow.... I just need to take my time when its not so hot... lol

not that it helps ya now, but I work for a BMW dealer and the shop has A/C. i freakin love it.

OK..... I can close this thread now because I rolled the bike inside and got it done. Its returning great now!!!!! It just took a little A/C to get me motivated...LOL
