state farm dropped me

because my wife has a suspended TxDL. First off why is she even on my policy. She doesnt have a MC license anyways. Here's the catch. We are separated and have been for over 2 yrs. We dont live together, we dont do anything together. Long story dont ask.
So i applied for a surety bond and was going to pick it up friday and head straight over to the tax office. Now i cant cuz i dont have insurance. UGH!!
I dont want to even get the surety bond through State Farm now. I need a surety bond and i need insurance and have neither at this moment because of her.
Is there anyone who will only cover me without her being an issue or on my policy.
Help!!!!!!!

Tx is a community property state, so even though yall dont live together you could be sued if she kills somebody. Different companies handle this differently but nobody wants to pay for lawyers to fight it. Thus they want her rated on your policy. Now ive only seen that with auto/home, never bikes.

You don't expect any insurance company to take your word for this and/or have to spend time/money investigating to prove it is true do you? I can see plenty of people trying to claim the same in order to lower their insurance rate.

Find a new insurance company or get a divorce. Until you divorce you can possibly be held liable for some of her actions, not worth the risk.

is your separation filed with the court? I think in TX you can get a legal separation for this type of bs. Just file some papers from rocketlawyer.

Yep.
State farm did a similar thing after a family member had a DUI. It was "get dropped or sign this".

At least something to look into. I mean, I understand wanting to go somewhere else, but at the same time, you gotta understand it's them doing their business.

@OP

You shall contact Tuan because he has gone independent. I've a casual conversation with my State Farm agent the other day and he tells me Tuan is no longer working for State Farm.

He shall be able to set you up with any carriers other than State Farm.
