2004 CBR 125

Any one have any knowledge on how to get a title for a bike that was not made for the states?
I'm tempted to try a bonded title to see if it squeaks by. lol

I'm pretty sure it a Mexico bike
Side note its missing some fairings and tank needs to be cleaned out. but every thing is there pretty much.

Ill get it running then decide to sell or what to do with it. would make a good track or mini track bike I suppose.

Does it have a 17 digit VIN? If so enter it into TXDMW website, SPV calculator. If it comes up a bonded title should work. If no VIN then you're out of luck. If VIN doesnt show in SPV 50/50 chance

Do you have a bill of sale on it? If so, I'm sure you can do a title transfer form (like the out of state transfer) and it may fly under the radar... You never know when it comes to the DMV, someone may not catch the details and will push it through the system.

I got one from the guy I bought it from. Hand written though. But he said if I needed anything else let him know.

Side note, I sprayed carb cleaner in the carb and the bike fired right up.
So I hooked up a bottle with carb cleaner in it hooked up to the carb and the bike actually ran. It even ied for a it in it's own.
