Who burned the Constitution?

So anyway, I was working out at the 24hr fitness and on TV was someone else complaining about how Bush trampled and pretty much took a steaming on the Constitution and that got me thinking ... I really do doubt anyone of these guys could actually explain in complete terms exactly what part of the Constitution Bush single handedly ripped up.

So, here's the challenge ... Republicans and Democrats can play.

Point out what part of the Constitution the other party is responsible for abusing. Try and actually quote directly from the Constitution and use actual examples on how it was abused.

I'll start ... Social Security ... started under a Democrat president so I'll give him credit for it. No where in the Constitution's enumeration of Congressional powers does it give the Government the power or right to tax people to set up a social security fund.

oh ... and here's a good link to things that are actually NOT in the Constitution but are often said to be.
Ben Franklin once told us that “The Constitution only gives people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself.”
"Blessed are the young for they shall inherit the national debt" Herbert Hoover
