lol. sorry but I really did laugh.
The red stripe is on the rim not the tire. R6's and I think a few others have it/had it painted on the rim. or you can buy rim tape and stick it on your rims.
I think thats a cbr swingarm I'm looking at but not sure...

To be completely fair...
Some examples here:
I suppose if you absolutely HAD to have em, you could go darkside and stick one of these on the back...
