flooded bikes?

where would you go about trying to find and buy flooded bikes? I see where they are storing all the flooded bikes at a pipe yard by my work in channelview. bunch of cars, side x sides, and street bike are what I would be interested in.

I called my insurance looking for a flooded work truck to basically use as a farm truck and they said they have a list they call on and said they wold get back with me. Been a week no word.
