This is from another site I'm on. This quote is from a guy who is friends with her:

"His car made contact and put her down in the left shoulder.... She was trying to escape. While she was on the ground he was beating her profusely, she was able to get to her feet, he then had her pinned against the center median and was beating her when she was able to push him back and clear her gun and fire one round Center Mass."

Looked like she parked the bike and put the stand down

The Bike was probably picked up by a cop and placed on kickstand after arrival.

Not at the scene of a homicide.

Cops are not Johnny on the spot, especially in already heavy traffic conditions. There were also reports of civilians being on scene to help the female. Anyone could have picked the bike up.

I've not seen a single article that states there was contact between the car and the bike.

Here’s what happened, according to the state patrol report on the incident. Just before 5 pm a silver 2016 GMC Terrain SUV was southbound on I-5 from milepost 138 in the HOV lane and a blue 2008 Yamaha YZFR6 motorcycle was in front of the GMC headed in the same direction.

Traffic came to a stop and the motorcycle stopped with the traffic in the HOV lane while the GMC truck stopped on the left shoulder of the highway parallel to the bike.

The driver of the GMC exited his vehicle and the rider on the motorcycle got off her bike and the two of them “started a physical altercation,” according to the patrol report and at one point “they were fighting on the ground,” said a patrol spokesperson to reporters at the scene.

It was not clear what caused the altercation to begin with.

Nah no way. I saw a guy hit a curb on cypresswood and 45 on the on ramp going south. Long story short, in an effort to keep the guy from getting up I ran down there and moved his bike out of the road. He was fighting us and worried about his bike and we didn't want him to move. Needless to say once the cops arrived they were that I moved the bike.

It all depends on who talks to a particular reporter and how good that reporter is. 3 dif reporters, and you can get 3 completely different 'takes' and quality in regards to actual information.

I was born last night. Still waiting for that link.

You realize that police departments email reports to newsrooms, right?

I can't believe his middle initial is also W. I wonder if it is Wayne. That would make our names exactly the same.
