Core exercises?

Does anyone knows of a good core routine? I'm putting my weekly routine together and need some good core exercises.

Either at the gym or at home, I have a sweedish ball.

There's hundreds. Upper, mid, lower, obliques, etc. Remember though, if you're not at or below the correct bf %, no matter how hard you train your core, those abs aren't going to show. Biggest mistake people make is they think if they do 300 crunches a day at 15% body fat they're going to get a shredded 8 pack. Wrong, you'll have a solid core hidden under fat and will never see those abs until your body fat is lower.

Need any help or tips about fitness or lifting PM me.
