Some old 2 stroke track bikes









I remember doing 2 up downhill top speed runs!
It would top out at 255kmh... just too slow to real in the green GPz900R a friend would bring on breakfast runs.

Then one fateful day as we crested the hill on our way to another crazy top end run - one of the areas the FJ could at least hold its own, this black and red demon reeled us in and put about 4 bikes on use --- the new king had arrived... the mighty GPz1000RX.

me that bike was fast. Until the 1988 ZX10 showed up... back in teh days when 265kmh was fast LOL

I could make gearing changes on my gpz900 but them shaft driven bikes were screwed!!!

Exactly, that is why the FJ was such a cool package. Bullet proof air cooled 1100cc, super comfy riding position, awesome power and chain drive!
