Choosing the right Motorcycle Dealer

Are you about to spend thousands on your next motorcycle? Well make sure whichever dealership you choose deserves your business! I purchased a zx6r back in 2010 from a “pro dealer” in Conroe and they won’t even do a tire change on a bike over 10 years old!!!
Wish I would of known that before I had chosen them as the place to purchase my bike. Ended up having to go to a different dealership and was well taken care of. Wish I would have supported the 2nd dealership by purchasing this bike from them years ago, my next motorcycle won’t come from a dealership who “can’t replace tires on a 10 year old bike” they sold.

That's bullshit. They lost a customer and now probably more.

Got to be more to the story as they have changed tires on a way older bike for me without question.

Is the name of said "dealer" a secret or something?

Sounds to me like something that would happen at Cycle Shack North...

If you need something fixed on the north side of town Motorcycles unlimited may be a better choice. They did my exhaust, power commander, fender removal and my oil changes. I have never had any issues with them and I still go there even though I live on the SW freeway.

Not at all.. here is how the conversion went pretty much word for word.

called them today (Pro Powersports of Conroe) Asked to speak to service. Asked if I could get a quote for changing some tires. Was quickly asked “what year is the bike?” I replied a 2009 zx6r I purchased from y’all. Was quickly told “sorry it doesn’t matter where you bought the bike from , we don’t work on any bikes over 10 years old.” I reply - really? Even a basic thing like a tire change? They reply “Yup sorry we can’t help” ... the end

When the guy said “it doesn’t matter where you bought the bike from” I felt kinda off and robbed lol but didn’t say anything, just took my business elsewhere. Now that I know it doesn’t matter where I buy my next bike from, it won’t be from them.

Yea, that was service right there. If I was the owner, that/those guy(s) would be fired.
