Exclamation Lane splitter on I-45 south bound...

I know it's illegal, but if you are going to keep lane splitting/filtering/sharing you need to learn to use the far left lane at those speeds. You almost got creamed by the white Toyota Camry, which was already switching lanes (in front of me) as you blew past at 65+mph in the 2nd lane close to the 610 interchange... definitely not a good area to be lane splitting in those right lanes, that close to a major interchange. Additionally, if you get creamed, it's all your fault too. No insurance, no settlement, nothing for your injuries and/or loss of your machine. IMHO, if you are using any lane to filter, other than the left lane... you should be going no faster than 10mph than the traffic you are in. At least you could have enough time to make a last second adjustment to avoid a catastrophe. Until Texas joins Cali and Montana, you have no laws on your side, for protection in an accident. Cagers (non-moto riding civilians) will never know to look for motorcycles filtering... they will assume you are behind them, waiting for a hole to squeeze into... Not in the same lane as you.

I hate to put you on blast and be the old man shaking his fist as he spews criticisms, but I just don't want to witness another motorcycle rider go down. sucks to see... I just want you to have fun within reason. , I ain't perfect and I push the limits too. But I try to make better decisions every time I throw that leg over the seat. Have fun, be alert, make small adjustments, and ride to see another day

Some folks just need to be culled from the pack. I feel sorry for the ones they hit and have to witness the carnage.
