Motorcycle EZ Tag

Does anyone have a Motorcycle EZ TAg?
Do you mount it somewhere?
Keep it in the pocket?
Under the seat?

It was my understanding that the tolls can just take a photo of your license plate and bill your account.

Thanks,

I carry it but i don't worry about whether it reads. The toll booths read license plates.

I leave mine at home.

If it reads the plate, it reads the plate. If not.... Free fifty free.

I used to carry mine in my jacket pocket but didn't like the thought of it impaling me if I crashed so I stuck it to the underside of my rear seat cowl (inside). It's out of the way and I never have to worry about it.

so is it possible to use the tag on different bikes**? curious if they'd try to make me pay the deposit for 3 or 4 different tag boxes just so I could get all bikes into the system...

**edit: yes, I know you could just leave the tag in your pocket and let it read (or not) regardless of which you were on, my concern is more with getting the plates into the system in order to avoid all the stupid "administrative fees" that end up being 10x-20x the actual toll charge.

I tried it and it worked for awhile, but then they noticed the plates were different and fined me.

I don't know if any of the exits and entrances still have gates, but having the tag raises them. Mine's under the seat.

I've had mine for a year and never carried with me. I see my tolls always show up on my tag monthly statement, so I'm glad there's no need to carry that thing around, or worse still, attach it somewhere on my bike.

That's right! When I saw the huge transponder thingy (or whatever that's called) I said there was no way in I'd put that on my bike.

I've painted them black and hid them around the forks/cables/wires etc. You didn't notice it.

It fits right under the passenger seat. You don't have to mount it
