The way you have it wired, it's a continuous draw on the battery even when the phone is not plugged in. The current draw changes depending on whether the usb port is being used, but nonetheless it's a continuous draw. It's best to either have a USB port with an integrated power switch or unplug the USB power port when the bike is going to be parked overnight or longer. Most of the USB port will take days to discharge a motorcycle battery, but it will definitely happen.
