Gsxr 600

Could a bad pulser cause no spark or would it be a bad cdi box?...any suggestions?

Take the cdi out and try it on another bike (same year and make) easy to rule that one out

That sucks...its hard to pin down a spark issue...id probably lean toward the cdi . Have you traced and checked the harness? Broken wires, bad splice, etc... I built a home made cdi from a chinese scooter (learned on you tube) but it was just to make sure my cdi was bad..once I saw that spark was possible, I ordered a proper cdi (on my atv)
