Solracer's Super Awesome ADVENTURE Hill Country Ride 2017.3 Sept. 22nd, 23rd, 24th.

As some of you know, I'm planning on leading another trip out on another one of my "adventure rides". This will be the 3rd and final ride of this year.

***What to expect on this ride***

How much? The entire trip should cost less than $200 if you split gas/trailer and hotel. The includes all fuel for truck and bikes and food.

How many miles? : Roughly 650 miles (If we complete it all), 17 hours over the 2 days. We make several stops for food, gas, and photos.

When? Leave after work on Friday ,September the 22nd, stay 2 nights in Austin and return the night of Sunday the 24th.

What should you expect? : All kinds of roads. long and swoopy, narrow and tight, water crossings (you may drive through water), cattle guards, sweet jumps(you WILL catch air), and some gravel. You should also expect beautiful scenery.

On a scale from 1-5, our pace will be a 4. Moderate. I don't slow down in the straights. I WILL stop at all changes of direction for anyone behind... This isn't for new riders, this is more suited for guys who know their bike and limits. These guys aren't afraid to get a little dirty and have some fun. Cops aren't an issue except in one town which we wouldn't be hauling anyhow. I repeat. "Seasoned Riders welcomed".

Your motorcycle? Should be well maintained and in good running condition. I prefer it could do at least 100, but not really necessary. Stretched Busa's would NOT have fun on this ride. I've had all kinds of bikes go on these rides and most everyone has a great time. (I used to lead with a Ninja 500r.) Tires and chain should be in good condition.

If the weather doesn't cooperate with us (Rain), we will go in October.

We will leave after work on Friday and stay the night in Austin on Friday night, Ride Saturday and Sunday. Return home Sunday evening.

I'd like to get a solid group of 4. Rent out an entire house via AirBNB.

Mark me down. Will confirm in August cause of pesky work and stuff. Renting a whole house with double garages for the bike sound fantastic!

Now that my bike is broken in, go the suspension close to where I want it and you dude bro's won't be leaving me behind anymore, I may attend. I'd ride out there and ride back.

I'm planning a ride out there and back like I used to. Should be late August or early Sept. You should check that one out. Leave early sat, come back late Sunday. About 700-800 miles door to door. I've got some great routes that I've out together over the years.

There's a 75% chance I will make this one. Just need to sort a few things out before then. I'll have a more confident answer for you in August.
