2009 Honda Element Cooling/ Condensing fan issues

So my moms element has a/c issues. when i checked the fuses under the hood there was a 30a fuse for the condesing fan was blown.I replaced the fuse, and the a/c blew cold. After about a minute , it blew again. I also noticed neither fan is turning on. I hear the relays click on when the a/c is turned on but no fans. The Cooling fan does not turn on either. Any suggestions? We ordered 2 new fans and I will install them but want to make sure that is what the issue is. Help a brotha out.

If you are constantly blowing the 30amp fuse for the coooing fan that means there is a short somewhere. Most likely inside the fans. Common failure in Honda products. Best bet to replace the fans, if it keeps blowing after the new fans are installed start looking for a frayed or broken wire. I have a short finder tool that works awesome for finding shorts inside wiring harnesses so you donít have to take a loom cutter to your whole harness.

Fans would be my guess too. I replaced both of mine on my old E.
