New member checking in

Stumbled on this site looking for local groups. Been in Houston for 13 years, been riding for 5. Used to have a 250 Ninja, upgraded to a 2018 MT 09.

So far I've added a windscreen and some frame sliders. Looking to do some more substantial rides on it once this weather clears.

Looking forward to meeting yall.

Welcome to the forums,
What got ya in to riding and take it you've been doing your own maintenance?

I grew up riding dirtbikes and quads, so naturally that just carried over for my grown-up* self. I'm fortunate enough at this point in my life to have a motorcycle that doesn't serve as my sole means of transport, so I can afford to take time to do my own maintenance. I'd say that's 2/3 of the fun of owning a bike.

*not actually a grown up, just play one on TV.
