New guy from BMT Tx

New guy here, have ridden dirt bikes pretty much all my life and now been riding a few Harleys on the highway for about a year or so. I am currently about to take the class to get my class M license. I am looking into taking the total control intermediate course that is offered over in north Houston area and is a 1 Day course. What everyones opinion on that class?

I took the intermediate (1-day) class for those with riding experience. Found it pretty straightforward, as long as you know how to handle slow-speed items and your basic control and vision is good. You had to bring your own motorcycle to it. Otherwise, the 2-day beginner with the free rental 250 cc bike will get you there. That class has a bit more theory.

I herd at the end of 2018 they changed the class a bit. Just talk to Keith at MRH and he'll get you the right class to get your endorsement. Good luck.
