You always want pics of everything. Lol. Fortunately, I have photos from all the M&G's and parties from way back. I'll try to find one.

Oh, it's purple. I promise there's purple. The top was orangish, but there was purple. I zoomed in for you.

And ALL those pics are you.

I am interested, as you seem about the same weight as I. I have spoken with Robert (Bluewave) at length regarding trying to add size in my arms.

How difficult is it going to be to add additional size in my arms. I tend to hold right at 195-200lbs and tend to hold right at 18.25" arms. Really would like to get larger, but seem to be stuck.

Tried different workouts. Tried adding more weight (went to 210; did not feel healthy).

Just seemed to have plateaued.....

I assume the "he" you are referencing is Anatram...

You are much "thicker" than I am. You naturally just look jacked, even without working out.

I tend to be thinner. Struggling with getting to larger arms.

Like I had said, I am at 18.25" (hot). Likely 17.5 - 17.75" (cold).

Teach me, oh wise ones...

The teaching part, there is more to it than that. I was 16.5-17" naturally back when I was 175#

Fitness goals- main focus was getting my blood pressure under control which has been a success thus far. I started going to the gym with a fellow MH member back in Feb. It's become a part of my routine and really hope this is a permanent change that I can continue with. I had this vision of getting big swoll like bluewave but realize there is much more dedication required than I care to give lol.

My body is changing for the better and couldn't ask for much else. I miss double cheese burgers and route 44 cokes...

dang. yeah, I was 125 lbs. there :( Everyone thought I was 140 or so. they would pick me up, expecting "oomph" and I would be near sailed into air.

I haven't been motivated lately. still hovering 140-ish. just been so busy I haven't had the time to go to the gym, in a few months. I just need to start doing some it at home. REALLY sucks when you lose weight, so you have a lot of the definition, but none of the mass. At least what was mass to me. :P
