Honda XR-70 to Mini!

New thread because of my Photobucket hosting issue.

Let the fun begin!

Front done.

So now you are posting Giant Photos to get back at Photobucket? Should be a lot of fun when you get it set up.

Funny story.

Had a tough time taking the rear tire off. Couldn't get the air out of the tube even with the valve removed.

Back story: My boy who use to be fast has regressed. We couldn't figure out why, just chalked it up that perhaps this sport wasn't for him.

Apparently at some point the rear tire was flat. My boys thought it was a good idea to put a WHOLE bottle of that green slime in the tube and pump it up. Flat fixed, but the tube had like five pounds of that sloshing around the rear tire.

Well, once I get the bike sorted, will have to re-evaluate his skill level.

Tire changes in the 100 degree heat...

Ok, I'll have to investigate. I'm on a iphone platform and Imgur does not give me a size options. Just a copy link.

Photobucket soooo much easier. But ain't paying for that .

Ok, appears I have to take some extra steps before uploading to imgur.

Anyone know the ration that would look good on your computer screens?

If using a mobile device this isn't a problem.

It's a 12" wheel designed for a CRF-50. I'll have to do some mods. The 50 originally comes with "10" as original equipment.

Most notable on the front brake. Need to figure out how to mount the bottom brake assembly.

Good one!

Hey, he wanted to ride and knew we were going to the track. They actually problem solved and worked together. Can't get mad about that.

I'd make them clean up all that green goop

I never could keep a tube aired on the 50 or 70

You could probably spoon on a monster truck tire with the length of those irons.

Harbor freight for the win!

Still haven't figured out the 10" wheels. Not sure how guys put tubes in zero inches of space.

These things work perfect on the new stiff tires! Ha

Still no fix for the brakes? What made you decide to go that route after the brake mounting issue was mentioned in another thread?

That 12" was cheap!

$700 dollar setup I was quoted was out of the budget.

Might have a solution.
