Do you know I could get a 6 pack in 2 hours...Lipo suction baby

So when my wife was having her done this lady in her 60 that looked really good for her age. She said that she had a horrible c section and the another plastic surgeon messed up her belly and the showed me this pic. Her's is the 4 picture down. Scar is still there but that was after 4 weeks.

https://www.rosecosmeticsurgery.com/photos/tummy-tuck/

So then I asked her if any dudes every had anything done. She said about 40% of their business is from guys. Really I had no idea. Then she told me about this guy that went to the gym regularly but could not get a 6pack no matter how hard he tried. My belly is just a little bit bigger than his before pic right now. But check out his after pic. Wow they even got rid of his lov handles. And before you to saying that is cheating and not working for it that is not true either. It cost probably 4 to 6k to have that done. I had to work for that money right? Listen I am not lazy I enjoy lifting weights but I just hate cardio and doing ab work. So what are your reasons why i shouldn't consider this? I even like anesthesia,,. so relaxing.

DUDE, my wife carried 18 lbs of babies for 38 weeks. She was HUGE and unfortunately her mid section was a wreck of stretched skin. I won't post her pre and post op pics, but hot !!! had to wait 3.5 weeks to get laid, but gonna be WELL worth it.

The 20 lbs she is down is just a plus....this will help her commitment to the gym too I hope. Her new figure and my recent snowboard trip prompted my to start jogging again...down 13 lbs since mid January. Here's to a six pack by summer.

dang she is tiny except for that belly. So the tummy tuck worked well for her? How much was her procedure? Did you consider lipo too? If no, why not?

My ex stepmother got liposuction. She was in some serious pain and the recovery sucked . That guy in the picture probably only lost 12 pounds to look like that. If you want to lose weight consistently and you aren't 21 years old you have to count calories. It's a simple as that. Cardio is stupid. You can kill yourself for an hour to burn 350 calories or just order a 6" sammich instead of a 12". Much easier. Get the my fitness pal app, figure out how much you need to eat to lose 1 to 1.5 lbs per week. Then pick six foods like oatmeal, chicken, fish, broccoli, etc. Only eat those with no added oil, butter, etc. so you know exactly how many calories you are eating and voila...you sexy now. I would try this before lipo. Lipo is painful. Your whole torso will be black and blue.

thanks brandon I appreciate the time to post that. I think I am going to try the natural method first. I am going to up my test dose to 500/wk before which should help burn more fat too. I will look into the fitness pal app(i guess that is what it's called right) So you don't think cardio will help some?

Of course it helps but not near as much as dieting. you can eat fast food and still lose weight although its not that healthy. Just put what you eat in that app and it keeps track of your calories and macros. Makes it super easy. I cut 17 lbs in 10 weeks last year doing just that.

I would like to see some studies that address this question, if you’re to choose diet or cardio, what is more effective? Ofcourse there are many variables like specific diet, what activity is done for cardio, etc, but very interesting.

In my experience, when I ran 6 or 7 days a week, that was when i felt the best, fittest and I paid no attention to my diet. On the flip side when i worry about diet but exercise less I feel malnourished, constantly thinking about grubbing, just not healthy.

But to answer Bill I definitely think you should try natty before a major operation like that. Ofcourse the nurses and docs wanna make it look like the ideal choice for you because that = more money for them but take a step back and evaluate it all before you go belly first into some lipo

I agree. One of the main reasons is that I don't want to stop lifting for 4 to 6 weeks either.

Not my 21 year old abs but do have visible abs. Last year was definitely leaner than I am now but had an elbow injury, a new baby, and knee surgery so trying to lose about 6 more lbs to get back to where I was.
