There are some up higher in ranks but it’s a numbers game and man or woman getting to something like MotoGP are enormous odds with many potential end of road setbacks along the way. Other professional moto sports where women have excelled is drag racing both bikes and cars in the top categories.
But back to road racing I wanted to drop in some links below of some who have come close. Part of the reason we may not think there are women is you can’t even tell them apart when on track as first vid shows.

There are many others, I’m making light of it, but yeah it’s possible but many run into same issues that stop anyone else, injury, run out of money, results get harder to come by and things dry out.
