Stolen car in League City/Texas City

This is the car that Clayton cosigned for. He isnt here to make the thread, but the police need to know where this car is. The guy that Marcus left it with wrecked it today and fled the scene. If you see it please text or PM me or Clayton's wife (Jenni - Ms. Unassailable). Ofcourse since it was wrecked it wont look quite the same. But I have only seen 1 other Volvo S60R ever with my own eyes, and it was black. I believe the windows are not tinted and there might be a small HPD (houston phifty domination) sticker on the back window, also maybe a "Police Patrolman's Union" badge sticker on the top left of the back window.

For Clayton's sake, please keep an eye out. Pictures of the car in the thread below.

Marcus is out of town. He left the car with this Humberto guy. They havent made a payment on the car since August. This Humberto guy wrecked the car at 1:30pm today in League City and ran in the car.

If you see a dented up car like the one in the pictures PLEASE let us know.

There is more to the story but everyone's business doesnt need to be out there. We are just asking for some help finding the car that is in my husbands name.

Sorry I am new to the board and have no idea who the players in the story are but i'll keep a look out for that car. I assume you couldn't make payments so sold it to a guy named Humberto financed by the owner (always a bad idea) and he didnt make payments for the car. So you have the title. If thats the case I hope you got insurance on your car not Humberto otherwise you just owe the bank for the car.

Almost there. All Clayton did was cosign on the car. But now the guy that bought it, and the guy he sold it to are not paying for it. So it falls back on Clayton. And since the car is registered at Clayton's address(as the guy that bought it lived there at the time) guess where the cops came when the car was reported.....

thank you for helping

Sounds like a domestics dispute. Hard lesson in life to learn this way but my advice to people has always been NEVER COSIGN. The fact that you have to co-sign means the person is not dependable and do not pay their debts. If they are not worried about their own credit why would they give a about yours? I would not co-sign for my own mother why would you co-sign for a guy you don't even know his name for sure. Anyways i'm done responding to this thread hope you find the car and learn your lesson in co-signing.

That sucks. FWIW, I'll never cosign unless it's for a direct family member.

Don't you think he feels bad enough with having to deal with this? He doesn't need you coming in here busting his . I don't remember him asking your opinion on who you would cosign for. How do you know this guy had bad credit, could be a young guy with no credit.

I work in Tx. City at BP. I'll print the pictures out, duplicate them, and then post them up - maybe someone here has seen it.
