05 cbr600rr bogging

For the most part the bike runs fine. But every now and then usually when I ride on a hot day(not sure if that's the issue) my bike will bog down. It will accelerate fine until I get up to 6k rpm and won't go past it. After it cools down completely the bike runs fine.. I thought it was my plugs and air filter but I just changed it. I'd appreciate any help or insight here.

Edit has a yoshi slip on and pc3.

Searched the cbr forums. Common problem. I would suggest pulling the fuel pump and filter for a cleaning.

I agree with pbfoot. It sounds like it's going lean, fuel pump screen could contribute to that.
Could be other things as well, but I'd be looking for causes of a lean condition. Maybe fuel injectors dirty, fuel pressure low etc.
How long has it been doing it? New problem?

Seems like a new problem. There was period where it was daily driven. I'll check all of those. Thanks guys.
