Machine work for triple steering stem

Can anyone recommend a machine shop to do stem machining? Lengthening or shortening.

I would start go ogling and calling all the shops local to you. I was hopeing in could find a shop close to me to do some simple mods like a lightened flywheel and shaping steering stems.
I'm sure I will need some motor work done on some xr100's too.
