this is correct

In my humble view, mankind is just footnote in the long history of this planet and in a billion or more years, when the Sun goes supernova.....we'll be done!

So I guess my answer would be "No!"
I believe this as well.

This is clear evidence that not only was Harry Potter real, but also that he did indeed live with the Dursleys in modern day England. Obviously the only subsequent conclusion is that all magic is real and no one should say the name "Voldemort." Also that Tolkien got it wrong in Lord of the Rings and all LoTR rings fans are mistaken idiots.
I never understood why atheists always feel the need to insult or try to belittle a believer's intelligence. I guess it might be because of what Obed thinks.

I wonder why it does not induce any form of pitty in me, i guess that is just a personality defect on my part.
I grew up Catholic, then when I reached my teens I became a Christian. I don't believe in religion but do believe in and the bible says.

the universe is expanding, could have expanded before.with laws of thermodynamics basically youre loosing energy as you expand, as you loose energy the universe may collapse again since while loosing the energy it becomes less and less stable, and shrink back into a small ball black dense of hot heated crazy shiz when it collapses. which goes back to the big bang theory meaning that the universe might just be in this cycle which keeps it going. its maybe like quantum physics and physics and their differences when the universe collapses and shrinks back down so small from it being so massive.

To each his own. The only real issue I have with religion is when they start claiming the bible is a history book. Personally, I think of it as more of a book of life lessons. I'm not a church guy but I have gone to New Hope church. It was actually pretty cool. The don't necessarily preach the bible as historical fact, but as a lessons to put things into perspective. The biggest thing I took from it was that happens, don't take it personal. Never let stupid things like work affect your relationship with the people mean the most.

then when the universe starts off with being a small little black ball type deal, super crazy hot, more than i can imagine or understand it explodes/expands and leaving gases all over the place, which after a lot of time start combining molecules and atoms, going through a phase transition called deposition which you probably know. creates a lot of energy and finally it becomes larger and larger, and then you got planets/stars flying all over the place. and later down the road you got earth popping up. life forms there on earth from little nucleic acids and advancing, evolution. and then a few years later you got people running around

Well it is a history book; the thing it's not our history.

I was born into a christian family. Dad was a priest back in the homeland. Left that whole religion thing behind back in the early 2000

Now I consider myself agnostic...and coincidentally attending a private religious college

I'm just saying ....its like the faith thing though...detecting it is like on in 1 trillion...you need multiple detection to confirm too to call it proof... are not testimonies of those who say they know are proof to others... anyhow... Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Its sad how many people get distracted from by religion.
