yeah this guy has quite the collection, he used to have a whole bunch of zx7's (that will probably be the next bike I restore) Ive never seen that gixxer though, nice!

go with the 89.. If I recall they had the vent tubes into the tank or something like that.
those round dual headlight do it for me. Why I still dig the old school GSXR's.

the 89 and 90 were the same except for the swing arm. The 89 has the brace looking one and the 90 model has the beefer solid swing arm. Think there was a slight fairing change for airflow between the two years. For some reason I prefer the 1990 year model

added front turn signals, vent tube, and tank protectors. Its officially done! just waiting on foam sock filters to arrive, ditched the smashed up, barely-fitting K&N's and went with velocity stacks

here it is completed, without the air filters installed (they are now) it is show-ready for next weekend, now I need to get it on a dyno and to a drag strip, and definitely a circuit track
