They can hate all they want. I, for one, wear gear today because of the influence of MotoHouston. Prior to buying the gixxer and getting involved with the MH & SBM crowd, I wore virtually no gear and the only reason I wore a helmet was because my eyes would tear up at high speed when I wore glasses. I still remember topping out my 2001 'busa in a helmet, t-shirt, and jeans. 193... btw.

I'm a helluva lot safer today because of this community.

Chris, you are still proceeding with your next phase of improvement at MotoHouston by banning all the women?

I think alot of people can agree with you on this. When I first joined there wasn't a whole lot of talk on safety and gear. And very, very few females that actually rode their own bikes so there wasn't much respect for female riders (not that that's changed tremendously with some people on here )

I love how much MH has grown, not just in size, but in maturity and respect for safety while riding.

Werd! I think that's because alot of the chicks that used to be on here really didn't ride. Nothin but a bunch of chicks tryin to get a ride from a new guy every week, then fighting with eachother over who was better. We still have a few of them on here, but for the most part, the majority of women that are here are riders that can and do ride their OWN ride
