For the tint, i would call these guys at Juans auto glass i just got my windshield replaced by them for $80.00 they moved the stickers over and everything! ('04 silverado with OEM shield)

2798 W Mount Houston Rd
Houston, TX 77038
(281) 272-9995

they probably do tint.

And im sure they would be able to point you in the direction of someone who does HID lights for cars and or bikes also all along the 249-antoine and all the way back to i-45 is shops like this, as well as along Shepard rd @ cross timbers and straight back to 45 bunch of places like that there as well as pick-a-parts and junk yards. in case you're not familiar with whats around.

Check with Will at IDB Racing, he has a tint guy. Had my truck tinted there, good quality tint installed professionally

Ive done the HIDs on my last two trucks and the Busa using stuff from A&R Motorsports out of Dallas. Kits are plug and play for specific models, so it makes it quick and easy for install.

As far as tint, ive only used places up in Conroe so.....
