In your dreams. B/CS is to Austin as TWS (Texas World Speedway) is to COTA

COTA = elitists SOB's that don't allow anyone to participate and use the facilities without ridiculous restrictions. Also, highly subsidized in order to survive and exist (on government teat), yet limits accessibility to most. Actually contributes very little to the motorsport society on a real grassroots level.

TWS (Texas World Speedway) = fun track, privately owned (no government teat) allows for real world grassroots use. Contributes to the greater motorsport good by helping many to improve their track skills and capabilities through realistic access. Has been a starting point for some great motorsport athletes.

Sounds about right.
