What the ? cant get fork springs off......

try'n to put plus 1 forks on the phiddy.. whats the trick to getting the springs off of the little metal pieces that hole em on?

Twist (turn) them - one way will make them get tighter, the other way should help relieve the grip they have one the insert. You'll have to pull as you turn - remember one way(twisting) will not work, the other should. Good Luck.

yeah, hes pretty fresh on the spring job, he should know how.
