I know I'm late here with info, but when I lived in the Rio Grande Valley, I saw a KLR with a Versys motor installed at a Sunday morning meet in Harlingen. Looked pretty cool and factory. I googled it to see if it was a company doing the conversions and found the same bike on ADV. Looks like it was just a guy doing the conversions. Wish I would have talked to him more.

Your swap with a TDM motor should be very cool.

The ECU and ignition coils are in Germany.
I got the rectifier and wiring harness. Iím thinking the rest I can source from the US.
