reasonable tire mounting - south side

Is there anyone out there (or can recommend a spot) who can mount and balance some tiny @ss 12'' tires for my grom.... for a reasonable price?

I can bring the rims off the bike. Most places charge way too much, and my preferred tire guy is WAY over on the opposite side of the city.

i'd like to avoid paying almost the price of the tires, just to get them mounted
