Be careful entering and exiting the Valero in Leakey. The concrete entrances/exits are very slick.

Pace: comfortable non-stress pace

All of us are new to Hill Country - but not new to cornering and group rides.
Hi Keith...I am the 2nd rider in Ali's group (also named Ali...lol) We rode together before on some of your rides from Waller Buccees.. (blue 2015 R6..)

As Ali said, we ride hard on corners on routes we know but looking for guidance on this Bucket List route... rather go "slower" and learn the routes than end up injured or with tickets..

Confirmed 3 riders, the 4th could not make it. We are reserving Leakey Inn today, and booking our U-Haul trailer. Hoping there is somewhere safe to park it with our 3 prized bikes inside. Very much looking forward to this trip! We discussed doing this amongst our group and will be happy to follow the guidance of someone who has been here before and who we've ridden with before and trust the pace of.!

We've all taken Fri off and can roll with y'all out there if y'all want..

Not to bad, if your last trip was when we went. I've been twice in the last month and they weren't terrible.

Rest assured, you can leave your key in your bike with it parked outside an no one will mess with it ... Once you get there I feel you will understand. I left keys in both my bikes for 2 weeks in a row. We even left our cabins unlocked while we were gone.

It's really a chill, laid back area.

You will be fine, there's good folks out in Leakey and its a pretty laid-back town. Many groups from Houston have stayed there over the years without any issues of theft or someone messing with the bikes
