For trackday use?
Do you have tire warmers? IMO, slicks for trackday use are a waste of money, they work in a narrower temperature range and are more hest cycle sensitive. yuo'd be better off with any of the new track day specific tires such as the BT002, 2CT or Supercorsa 3. |

i personally am hooked on the pirellis. my dad raced at TWS (Texas World Speedway) and at oak hill on shinkos. hes not the fastest but surely not the slowest. he liked the shinkos alot but rides on michelin bc of contiengency. shinko doesnt pay. he said they started sliding towards the end of the day but every tire is going to do that if youre actually using them. ive been told that the shinkos are best used for drag racing.
