Motorcycle Awareness Month

I've noticed the "Look twice for motorcycles" signs along the freeways, and found out May is motorcycle awareness month. The website for this cause is: https://www.txdot.gov/driver/share-road/share-road.html

Not sure if it helps drivers see motorcycles or not. The facts are common knowledge to most of us. The only thing that caught my eye was the DPS squid poster: https://www.txdps.state.tx.us/msb/foolsgear.htm

It's pretty sad when they have to have motorcycle awareness month. But then we are talking about the geniuses that drive in the greater Houston area.....
