As I know, the person in the back seat get hurt more than front person. So, It's better giving the helmet. Anyway wearing helmet and taking spare helmet is the best , I have bad experience in wearing big helmet. Once I was riding my bike and fall down. I was wearing wrong size of helmet and when I fall it went up exposing front of my head
. So the head hit on the floor and injured. It wouldn't have happened if the helmet was fit.

YUP and lately it has been extremely windy...if that helmet is loose and a gust of wind hits her just right...that helmet will lift and potentially come off. That's dangerous for anyone on the road.

I personally wouldn't let anyone ride with me if they didn't have a helmet or full gear for that matter. I don't ride unless I have full gear, so my recommendation is a no on all of it. No gear? Don't ride (IMO).

Holy grave digging Mary!

I dress according to my comfort level and/or planned trip. Sometimes if I'm putting around town, I'll just wear a lid on my nugget. Majority of the time I'm wearing helmet, jacket, and gloves.... Because I like the way the air feels on my and bare feet
